Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The product must be defective or damaged at the time of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used fragrance oils
  • Used or installed diffusers
  • Customized, personalized, or bulk (B2B) orders

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos or videos must be provided as proof
  • Upon verification, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued for approved return requests
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method used at purchase

5. Exchange Policy

We only offer replacements or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect
  • The product was damaged during delivery

Replacements will not be provided in cases of:

  • Misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
  • Damage caused by the use of non-approved or non-Scentiq fragrance oils

6. Important Notes

  • All returns must be approved prior to sending the product back
  • Scentiq reserves the right to decline any return request that does not meet the above conditions
